Trades & contractors · Ireland
Plumbers, carpenters, electricians and other trades need three things: a van that starts, tools on board, and enough in the account to cover the gap between jobs. We arrange finance for all three — quick feedback, minimal paperwork.

For new or used vans, plant, tools and kit.
For the gap between buying materials and getting paid.
Same-day approval is possible on some unsecured term loans up to €50,000, where the lender receives your full set of documents in the morning, Monday to Friday. It depends on the lender's assessment and is not guaranteed. Loans are not registered against property or business assets, but many lenders will ask for a director's personal guarantee. Unsecured term loans require 12 months trading, one year's accounts, turnover of €100,000+, a net profit and no recent missed payments.

We aim for feedback the same day on most trade applications. Approval is possible up to €50,000 the same day when the lender has your full documents in the morning, Monday to Friday.
